Lil old lady next door has phlebitis. No wonder she has stopped moving about and is in pain.
We've been cooking for her this week but now she has the Community Support Team in who will feed and wash her for as long as necessary and they've left her a commode so she doesn't have to brave the stairs.
We are left with feeding the cat and providing emotional support:beer:Any war that lasts for longer than five years should be declared a draw.:beer:0 -

Can't believe they were going to potentially allow a person who won 2 races but didn't finish the rest beat someone who came 2nd in every single grand prix! At least now they've got a year to rethink!Life is all about the journey.0 -
Evening all, mmmmm missed the lovely drinks in the inn  Only managed to read this page.
Cathy, glad the migraine is dying away, tension does that so take it easy on you. I have loads of them all the time
Tulip, glad you had a good time, and well done for winning.
Right, I have bought LOADS of hair stuffI didn't want to but could not resist but I am keeping my promise of no more colouring and no more stupid haircuts (Everytime I have it cut it gets worse: the upper layer gets shorter and shorter although I do always explain that I don't want it cut any shorter!!! goes in one ear and out of the other. I thought it was ok till I washed it!! I am having a serious lack of trust in hairdressers..or it might be just me ) Sorry, OH had enough listening to this subject and so I had to vent here

You should go to Audrey's Salon in Coronation Street. They don't have any scissors there :rotfl::rotfl::beer:Any war that lasts for longer than five years should be declared a draw.:beer:0 -

I had it cut about 3 years ago by someone who cropped almost half of hair  and since then I can't get this layer to grow back to normal length. I changed many hairdressers and all I want is to thin this layer by using part of it as a fringe and let the other part grow, but I am not sure they get it. They think this is my style and keep on cutting it short and I go back to square one. It is getting really frustrating! I explained that the nature of my hair is wavy and short layers don't suit me but I might have a problem in communicating this clearlyOn a more positive note: I got curl activators, pre-styling smoothing balm, and gloss
and will be expertimenting soon.
