I would imagine.
Small squares of Cheese and Pineapple on cocktail sticks with the other ends of the sticks in half an Orange or GrapefruitI used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.0 -
You need to get a grapefruit or something round - a big swede, or a big potato, something like that, slice a little off the bottom so it sits flat, and then cover it in tinfoil. Then you need to get cubes of cheese (usually cheddar) and chunks of pineapple (usually tinned) and put one of each on a c0cktail stick, and stick it in the tinfoil covered grapefuit. Then continue till you've no more cheese and pineapple and you've got a spiky 'hedgehog' of cheese and pineapple sticks.0

The way I always do it (although I did think it was just our family that did it) is to cover a large potato with silver foil...then add loads of co ck tail sticks with chunks of pineapple and cheese on.... (i.e. a chunk of cheese and a chunk of pineapple on the same stick)

We used to give it a face though when we were younger
Used glace cherry and raisins I think stuck in with cocktail sticksworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
Another idea is to push the cheese and pineapple sticks into a whole pineapple. It obviously costs more to buy the pineaple, but the effect is great as the pineapple 'greenery' sticks out the top. you have to cut a small slice off the bottom first to help it to sit level.Mortgage Free as of 03/07/2017 :beer:0

Or you could try the modern version - a cheese and pineapple crocodile, courtesy of Annabel Karmel:
