Price On Application
It mean you will need to call and ask them what the price is I'm afraid. My home is usually the House Buying, Renting and Selling Forum where I can be found trying to (sometimes unsucessfully) prove that not all Estate Agents are crooks. With 20 years experience of Sales/Lettings and having bought and sold many of my own properties I've usually got something to sayIgnore......check!0 -

And it normally isn't a good sign... at least the phrase "POA" can normally be exchange as "you cannot afford it" for me :rotfl:
I think that POA is just daft - only wastes people's time or puts them off.

Agreed, it's a silly phrase. I had a guy that wanted to market his property as POA because he didn't want his neighbours to know what he was marketing the property at, I had to point out that all the needed to do was call the office and they could find out :rotfl:
It's even more stupid on rental properties IMOMy home is usually the House Buying, Renting and Selling Forum where I can be found trying to (sometimes unsucessfully) prove that not all Estate Agents are crooks. What they said.
If you have to ask, you probably can't afford it0 -
Thanks for all your answers
Actually it is a little of a puzzle because the price before was £ 450 which was more or less in keep to similar properties in the area, so I dont know if they have now decided on upwards or downwards.
The property has been some months in the market without interest, so maybe they decided to lower expectations??
As for me I am just in the same street, living in a not so good place and paying slightly less, so was wondering if i could get a better place for same money??? Basically a lurker looking for a way up in living standards:p
I wish I could be blunt and ask for rent reduction on some amazing places I have seen around...:eek:0
