Cheap holiday to get away

We're tight on money at the moment, fiance lost his job end of last year, but we're keen to get away for a week and are looking for a cheap holiday in the sun.

Requirements:
- Late May / all June
- 7 nights
- Sat / Sun flights (due to hol entitlement)
- 2 people
- From Manchester / Liverpool
- Any board
- No club 18-30 type places
- Warm country
- Beach resort

Price:
- SC/BB - Up to £150pp
- AI - Up to £350pp

We like places that are fairly quiet and suitable for couples, but with plenty of nice restaurants and bars if SC or BB. Places we like are Algarve, Greece, Cyprus, Egypt, Canaries, Spain.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

You can get Ryanair from Liverpool to Reus (Costa Dorado) for £20 June 6-13th then take your pick of the resorts and hotels around there.

Hmmm....we're quite open to destinations really, it's just to get away from the UK for a break in the sun.

Probably not keen on Bulgaria, Croatia, Turkey or built up places on the Costas.

How about Calas De Mallorca, on the quiet East coast of Majorca, small resort, great beach boat trips etc - All-Inclusive at the SOL Callas De Majorca with www.BookMe2.co.uk on Saturday 6th May is £319 each including transfers from Liverpool. As it's a SOL hotel, you know the food is going to be OK, and the entertainment will be good too

They wanted late May/all of June.

Thanks for that, but yes late May or any time in June is best. I work in media/marketing at a very large football club, so that's the quietest time at work for me to go away. My holidays also run out at the end of June, I'll have five to use.

Rather than you lot finding me a holiday (lol!) can anyone recommend any destinations or certain websites I'm likely find cheap holidays like that on?

Sorry I meant 6th June - that is the Price for Saturday 6th June - must have had my 'Mad May' hat on....

We've just returned from Portugal & the way the £ is to the Euro you'd be best looking for an all-inclusive or at least half board.
We were half board but just a snack at lunch time with a coffee cost us £17

Try moneysupermarket.com I found a geat deal there last year.

Cheers - that was my thought with the euro. Sometimes it works out cheaper to go somewhere like Egypt AI because we spend the same amount in meals out someone SC or BB.
