We are on the homelink waiting list or bidding as they call it now.
What i need to know is.
If we rent privately and say the landlord loses house to the bank e.t.c And we are made homeless what happens. Will council rehouse us or will they say you were housed by HA then went private thats your problem.

If you are evicted through no fault of your own, the council has a duty to rehouse you.
