New bathroom quote

I have received a quote of £1455 plus £120 materials for the below job. We are providing the bath, new sink and tiles:
How does that sounds to you all?Now we don't need any major plumbing, just the hot/cold pipes rerouted as at the moment we only have a shower cubicle, not a bath. We also need to have a stud wall removed but it's not full height, it is tiled on one side though.
Also we are leaving the toilet alone as it is only about 5 yrs old and still very good condition.
Major job parts: strip wallpaper around 13 sq m
Pull up linoleum floor tiles (approx 4 sq m)
Paint around 9sq m x 2 coats
Tile 4 sq m of wall (Plain white ceramic tiles, with mosaic border)
Tile just under 4 sq m of floor (I want to use slate tiles if that makes any difference)
Remove stud wall (200cm x 80cm)
Remove old and install new sink, pipes already present
Install bath + all associated plumbing + waste
Install new towel rail, plumbing already present
Please also include any other bits you may forsee need doing.

Sounds pretty good, I paid nearly £3,000 for pretty much the same nearly two years ago0

Yeah we had another bloke in saying he couldn't do it for less than £3000 parts + Labour!!!! waaaah. Got the above quote from someone on mybuilder.co.uk with 3+ rating already. However the quote is conditional on me writing a review and posting pics, which I only think is fair.
He even asked if I was SURE I wanted to pay him to strip off wallpaper, lol. I said yes as the last time I did it it was a disaster.Kavanne

sounds a fair quote
Material prices seam a little low so check he isnt using the cheapest of the cheap
Mapei floor adhesive, plywood and grout would be at least £60 trade
Plumbing fiitngs new traps etc, chrome pipe and trv valves £80
Bathroom paint £20Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure0 -
OOh thanks. Like I said he said he's giving me a better price because I will hopefully be able to give him a good review on the website so maybe he's not charging for some bits? I don't want to pry too much in case he changes his mind. But I will ask him when I speak to him tomorrow
Thanks!
