  • Its not silly or irrelevant

Your son is claiming benefits yet has a phone contract someone pays for him, he could get rid or reduce the phone and be less of a burden on society.

Absolute rubbish. and rude. The young man borrows his dad's mobile phone when he needs to. The phone is dad's. Dad has a contract for it. End of.
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

Stop being NASTY. My partner buys me food because I was made redundant and his income and JSA (barely) supports us both. Would you like me to starve to become less of a burden on your society?

People like you need to take a step down from your fantastically high horse and shut up.

Magic57 - When I did my claim for jobseekers, there was no mentions of phones - however if it means that your son benefits from the letter then get it done and your son can get what he is entitled to.

Wrong! He does not have a phone contract. Get your facts straight.

    No your talking absolutel rubbish.

This young man has a mobile phone in his dads name. There is a big difference between the parents getting him a contract and him borrowing it once or twice for "safety"

I would suggest quite rightly if his parents want to spend that on him they can spend it on something worthwhile and allow his jobseekers to be reduced to reflect that.

I have my facts perfectly straight, your son expects me and every other taxpayer to support his lazy !!!! whilst he runs around with an all expenses paid for mobile.

No but I expect you to have answered all your questons correctly to JSA and not be sitting their expecting the taxpayer to subsidise luxuries

If you are a taxpayer then count yourself lucky to have a job! Do you have any idea how hard it is for youngsters to find work?

I have finished with this thread.
