You do what you feel like doing. Nothing wrong with going to bed early if you are tired, you need to rest you are no good to your family if you are run down and feeling ill. I had a slight headache starting earlier but 2 strong Nurofen and it's gone now thankfully.

Got so much I need to do but DD3 is whinging whenever I go out the room, I have so much I want to get onto Turbolister for Ebay but will have to wait until she goes to sleep later.

I went to bed yesterday evening at 5:30pm and didn't wake until 10:50pm. I got tea, my jags - I am a diabetic and I went back to sleep until almost 9am this morning apart from approx. an hour during the night. I was catching up on missed sleep from the last 2 months with Dad being in and out of the hospital.

Go to bed and rest, you should listen to your body after all.
