Hi MrsC hope everything is okay with your child

    The house can wait

    Ironing can wait

Have a chill, whether that is a relax, a walk, time with a friend - arrange to do something for you as a priority. Give yourself a break - literally and figuratively.

Love your neighbour as yourself - means you have to love and nurture yourself before you have anything to give to others. It sounds like your tank is empty and you need to refill it. Please prioritise some time for you. If there is one thing your diary should show you - is that you keep bouncing back and coming through the other side.....

    Hugs

Hope you get an appointment for the MRI scan soon.

I had an MRI scan when I had gall stones, they wanted to check that there were no stones in my liver as when I went to A&E and they diagnosed gall stones they said my Liver was enlarged, I was slightly yellow too.
