It is certainly true that the more pessimistic amongst us will be very late to act what with thier fixation on preserving thier money tickets / status tokens.0

Very late to act on what Conrad ?, even if this were the bottom (no chance), many years of stagnation await, especially as when the green shoots do appear, it will just be at the same time as Brown's tax bombshell that will have to be paid back.0
