    I know I am not.

But what do you expect when BT want to charge me for paying my bill on time.

Used to be a BT bill of £30 - £70 a month now it is around £12 a month and all because BT wanted £4.50 from me to pay my bill, and BT don't even get the £4.50 anyway.
