The right price is the most important thing at the moment. An EA can get you a speedy sale if you're prepared to price it right.

If you put it with an EA, and you get an offer that's too low, you can keep it on the market and try and get a better offer.

If you put it into an auction, then, as long as the highest bid on the day meets your reserve, you have to sell it at that bid (unless it's one of these new REDCO American auctions); there's no option to turn down that bid and put it in another auction.

A decent EA should have a decent internet promotional strategy, so there's no value in just 'putting it on the internet', IMHO....
