To be or not to be made redundant

My boss has just made 2 part timers redundant they finish at the end of the month but hes told one of them not to bother coming in because theres no work for her but we've had loads of work come in and it looks like he might offer the other person her job back, can he do this :confused:

    If they have both received redundancy payments then they cant come back for 6 months minimum.
  • The only way around it is if they're offered a "temporary" job.
