I purchased a Sealy Enchantment bed and mattress (top of the range) but after a few nights the mattress had indentations where we slept and a ridge in the middle. A representative from the shop came and looked at it and it was exchanged. The second mattress did exactly the same and a representative from Sealy came and looked at it and after nearly a month a report has come back saying that there is no fault and as the mattress has a foam layer on top the indentations are to be expected. What should I do now?

From looking about on the internet this appears to be a memory foam matress so it should have indentations. Are you sure it is faulty?Wedding 5th September 20150

Thanks for your reply. I'm not sure about the indentations. It is uncomfortable when I turn over 'til I get settled again. The ridge in the middle keeps us well apart. I wasn't told about this when I bought the bed.0

Contact Sealy again, and tell them that you are going to contact Consumer Direct (trading standards).
The ridge in the middle is unacceptable, and the indentations should not still be there hours after you get out of bed.
The only time that you would notice indentations is until the memory foam wears in. This is because it will obviously start to soften quicker in the areas where you sleep than it will around the edge.
Next time do a search on Sealy in the MSE forums before you buy.0
