Amazon Mastercard account problems

Hi
I have tried to access my Amazon.co.uk MasterCard account through the 'Halifax Online Servicing Centre' link on the Amazon website but I get the following message -
'There has been an unrecoverable error. Sorry, but the system is not available at the moment.'
I have tried to log in several times today on different computers with no luck. Can anyone tell me if they have had the same problem today?
Thanks

I don't expect to be able to get onto the site because of Amazon and Halifax closing everybody's account. Are you aware all accounts were closed as Amazon and Halifax severed their relationship?
I think last transactions were to be in June.
Also my statement date was about 10 days ago and I still haven't received a paper statements saying I paid the account off in full.0
