90% New Build

Hi,

We might have to accept a lower price on our house due to our survey coming back at less than the agreed price ( see earlier thread). It means we can't put 15% down on the New Build Property that we're after.

Does anyone know if there are any 90& mortgages available on New Builds?

Thanks!

C&G were doing one about a month ago, 5 year fixed rate. Not sure if available for New Builds though.
