Their Customer Services are contactable by post, and very hard to get a response from them when you need one.
I returned some Disney "fun learning" books a couple of years ago, they said they'd not received them - and I couldn't find the receipt for sending them back, so I was expected to pay a couple of hundred quid.
Managed to get it sorted out, but it took forever - and I kept getting statements with a fine added for non payment.
Same here! I got a letter from a collection agency saying that I owed them £14 from a year before. Fortunately, I had proof I had paid. I thought it was sorted and a few months after that I received another letter from a collection agency.0 -
The option just to get free book only is slightly further down0

Got mine too. Thx."Cleaning your house while your kids are still growing is like shoveling the walk before it stops snowing."0

mine arrived yesterday, thanks to the OP0

did you just receive the free book with no strings attached? i.e. no mention of membership/trial books or whatever they can do to get money off you?0

I got it yesterday thanks !
It came with a pre-pay postcard advertising their book club and inviting me to sign up. I ticked the book only option and it's all gone through fine.0 -
