ING offers short term fjixed rate savings 3% AER

ING offers a 3% AER fixed savings account. As I'm inheriting over 25k shortly, and want to get onto the housing ladder, but am currently redundant, this is the sort of deal I having been looking for. Are there similar offers that better this one?

A limited offer:
3.0% AER (2.96% gross p.a.) for 3 months , minimum 25k
3.0% AER (2.97% gross p.a.) for 6 months, minimum 25k or
2.5% AER (2.48% gross p.a.) for 6 months, minimum 10k.

By using the FSA Comparison Tables there appear to be 6 month bonds offering better rates, e.g. Bradford & Bingley eBond issue 48 (3.25%), Shepshed Building Society 6 Month Bond Issue 3 (3.25%), Ruffler Bank 6 Month Fixed Rate Deposit (3.17%)
