Searches are originally done as part of the HIP, which you have, so in my eyes they shouldn't be charging you for anything else. As far as I can see the only other costs your EA should be billing you for is their fee if they sell it. Other costs are payable to solictor, again if it sells. I really wouldn't be giving the EA any more money! If you change agents they *may* charge a marketing fee to pay for board etc but which agent you change to and what they charge is your decision.Scar tissue that I wish you saw, sarcastic mister know it all, close your eyes and I'll kiss you cause with the birds I'll share this lonely view.0
