    I don't think there's any hope for us.

    £360 pa pocket money from my dad as he hasn't realised he's still paying it by standing order! I refuse to count my student loan as income (which would be £2700 for this academic year)

    Debts
    £1700 overdraft at 0%
    £13000 student loan at 3.2% i think
    Total = £14700 which up until just now hadn't really sunk in....

    Savings safety net = £3000 so am I considered to be in debt? I could pay it off now but don't like the idea of having no money in case of emergencies. Am I wrong?

    doesnt mean that you still dont worry a lot about how much you owe!!
