Managed to log in and got as far as accepting but I decided not to go ahead and accept in the end

I had to try a few times too, but have eventually managed to get in. Lucky, since I have to do the reports for last night's visits!

Gyp is down for maintainance, there was a message on there yesterday warning of it. I assumed you'd all know so I didn't bother to post it on here - sorry.

I don't remember what times it said it'd be down for, but remember it not being long, maybe 2 or 3 hours?

Just to clear up what seems to be some confusion over confidentiality.

You CAN mention the Mystery Shopping companies names

Its their CLIENTS names that must not be mentioned:rolleyes:

It's also supposedly a no-no to mention fees but I do not subscribe to that as I think it's a ploy by the MS Co's to stop us comparing how cr*p some of their fees are compared to others (You listening RE, GAP;) )
