Hi all got this from TNS...anyone know what this means????

There is a delay sending the xxx links as we are currently adjusting the scripting, we anticipate they will be ready for despatch on Thursday 26th March.

These are the care home phone calls - they are just saying the assignment briefs will be delayed. If you didn't apply for any I can only assume they have sent the email to everyone in error.

PS You might want to delete the client name from your post.

Have you signed up for a care home assignment? It's probably the link for that assignment is delayed.

Does anyone do the covert A* audits? Would appreciate some tips on how to check the items... I mean 300 items is too many to handwrite, but I can't walk around with a printed sheet. I've got a fairly small store to do and they have a security camera in each aisle, so I feel I'm going to be a bit obvious!

    Help please!

I don't work for A* as I don't know how to sign up for them. (Not actually 100% sure of the company name...)
I can write a note in Outlook on my computer and if I synchronise my mobile phone (a nokia 6210) with Outlook the note is saved on my phone. So you could save the list to your phone that way, and it would just look like you were texting as you fill in the numbers.

Nice idea, Ruthie, but I'm not that far into the 20th century yet (yes, I do mean 20th)!

My mobile is a motorola. It serves the purpose for me but I don't think it does anything fancy like that! I struggle to even use the camera!!!!

I did this one once but never again. It took me 2.5 hours, I think partly because it was christmas, but that is a long time to be wandering around a shop and looking at shelves without wanting to spend too much!
I printed my list off in a handwriting font and removed the frames from the cells in excel it was still horrible because it was about 5 pages. Also the pages are not in order of where the items are so there is a lot of going backwards and forwards looking suspicious. Also they are serious when they say some items are 'plants' so you need to be very careful you are looking at exactly the right product, eg if they ask about a 250g tim of soup and the one on the shelf is 300g and you don't notice then it comes back as an error. Its good pay but you really need to work for this one. HTH
Couldn't think of anything witty to say so just keeping the space until I can :(

Thanks! I'm particularly worried about this one because it's such a small store and I really think I'll be obvious! It's not like it's one of those superstores which is going to be packed with people.
