Doing a GAP Pizza dine in job tonight, anything to be aware of? Any thing to be careful about whwere GAP may try and catch me out?

My notes for this talk about making a reservation online. Do I *HAVE TO* make a booking? It says "if you wish to make a reservation online:" and then explains how to do it...

Make sure you order exactly the items that are listed on the brief, e.g. if it says no half and half, or pineapple, then they mean it! Apart from that I find them OK, fairly straightforward questionnaire, quick scan of the receipt and job done, free pizza.
No need to book unless you think they will be v busy, I've never booked and always got a table no problems.

The email with the briefing notes tells you the date.

The extra information is also to the right of the store information (in the bold font) when you click to view the details of the visit.

And I don't think even a PhD in Physics would help otherwise :p In fact, I'm sure it wouldn't! ;)

The first one I picked was dated Sunday but the next two were dated 01/01/0001 and unless I can build a time amachine I don't see myself making them visits.

  • Hey i'm also doing a gap pizza dine in tonight! I was hoping someone could help me out with a few questions please.

Can i order 2 meals for 2 people and will they reimburse both meals?
Also if i order a large pizza do i have to have the stuffed crust/cheesy crust option? as the notes are quite confusing.

    Thanks everyoone!

You don't have to book online, however you MUST order the garlic bread with cheese...not because GAP says so, but because it is scrummy..did my job on Saturday and managed to get within 25p of the spending limit (that was two BIG aldults eating!!

I applied to TNS about 6 weeks ago, but never heard anything back from them. Can anyone please let me know an email address so that I can ask them about it. Thanks.

Am feeling jealous about the fast pizzas that I can't get to, but given that I have 2 other pizza chains booked in over the next week, probably is enough pizzaing for now.

Thanks everyone for the alerts on the cheap fashion stores, managed to get 3 local ones, so a big chunk of my £100 target for May already pencilled in.

Yes you can order 2 meals for 2 people, e.g. 2 pastas. They will reimburse you the set amount, whatever you order.

If you are doing the new style questionnaires, then you can only order the stuffed crust or cheesy bites, if you want a large pizza IMHO. I would recommend the cheesy bites, slightly less stodgy than the stuffed crust, and best accompanied by BBQ sauce (in my kids opinion, in fact they then just eat the sauce and bites). :rotfl:

I've only got 2 jobs this week (RE restaurant tomorrow lunchtime and crocodile clothes shop with ICS on Wednesday).

May is looking as bad, I've got a couple of TNS supermarkets, a bank and mobile phone store with GR and a Gap coffee and that is it!

What a difference a few days makes!! I posted the above on Monday, and May is now looking *FABULOUS*, in fact I had to cancel 3 x travel agents on Gap because I just couldn't fit them in.
