Just a mystery shop but I think the S stands for the brand in question. Maybe Sxxxx Performance Indicator?

If you click on the button for 'view tariff' on their website it gives a bit of an explanation of what it means and what is required. I assume SPi is the bit on page 2.

i'm here, everyone else is busy grabbing the RE jobs. As we are on the subject of pointing fingers, who took the RE cookie job, i was seconds away, pressed the continue button.....gone....oh well alwas next time:rolleyes:
