You normally have to get a receipt for the food, so that's all you can claim, but do claim the full mileage on offer.

Hi, I am very new to this and wonder if someone can help me. This morning I did a fast food mystery shop for GapBuster and when I came to enter the details it wont accept it because the time on the receipt is 10 minutes before I went in there but I know my times were right. I have emailed GapBuster 5.5 hours ago but they have not replied and it is getting near the 8 hour deadline. Any suggestions greatly received.

enter any time which they will accept (ie after 8am) at the end of the report there is abox for other comments - tell them what has happened in there.

it happens a lot with the burger jobs.

This has happened to me before, I just altered my entry time so it accepted it and then at the end where it asks for any other comments I explained the situation giving my actual entry time, it was accepted fine. HTH
