holiday for single person

i have been asked by a relative to find her a holiday for the first 2 weeks in april. she wants somewhere warm but safe as she will be travelling alone, (she is 48). and although this sounds impossible she would prefer not to pay the extra £200 plus single supplements that they all ask for..so anybody any tips
