what to do with funds in Euroland accounts

Hi,
My business generates income 98% in Euros from French clients... since it is not possible to open an account in the name of a UK company in France I have opened a corporate account in Ireland (and also have a personal account there). Some of these funds I have repatriated but I now have quite a lot of cash in these accounts (bank: Allied Irish Bank).
I feel like putting some of these funds into high interest (whatever that means these days) accounts and/or gingerly starting to invest in investment funds. What I don't particularly want to do is repatriate any more of this money at the mo.
In the UK we have various brokers/fund supermarkets for investing and multiple websites for comparing savings accounts etc. But Googling away I haven't found anything like this in Ireland. Consequently these funds of mine aren't working very hard. How do I find out about Irish investing and about the best Irish savings accounts?
Thanks,
Mike

No idea about investing in Ireland, but I would speak with Allied Irish Bank first off they might have some offers available or give you some pointers on where to look.
Traditionaly rates in euro zone have been less than in UK, but not now. CAM bank in spain are currently offering 4% return on euros, see here > https://www.cam.es/EN/Particulares/Savings/depositos/Paginas/cam-deposito-mediterraneo-internet-en.aspx"A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

Thanks... I assume a bank like this in Spain would be covered by some sort of Spanish govt guarantee along the lines of the FSCS in the UK...?0
