I have a problem which i am unable to resolve due to paypals automated systems.
the problem i am having is that i have two accounts and two debit cards. 1 card is assigned to 1 paypal account. my first account was closed for some reason and i am unable to open the account again. paypal asks to login to resolve my account problem when i am unable to due to my account being blocked!
i am trying to add the debit card that is assigned to my first account. it wont let me add the account because it is already registed to my blocked account.
ive tried emailing and calling but both systems are automated and are useless.
can any one help me with this?
