What are the best Credit Cards to use abroad

My credit card, issued by Frizzells (Liverpool Victoria), used to be brilliant when used abroad. Not only did they not charge commission (in Europe) but they also gave the bank foreign exchange rate rather than the tourist rate. However they have announced that they are going to charge commission on all puchases AND they appear to be using the tourist rate now, so double whammy.
Does anyone know of another credit card company that uses the bank rate and/or does not charge commission on foreign puchases?
Thanks
Eddie

Thanks, I have had a look and gone into their web site. I can see that they do not charge commission on foreign purchases, but cannot see whether the foreign exchange rate they use is the bank rate or tourist rate. Any idea?0
