Housewsap Website Is a JOKE!

I keep getting SPAM from a Houseswapping website trying to get me to pay to join. I've emailed them and told them to take me off their list but they still keep spamming me.
I did have a look at the website and talk about have a larf!!! The sellers (or swappers) on there stick their own value on their places, then even if they say they want for example £300,000 for it they say they're looking to swap with somewhere between £300,000 and £500,000!!!!
It's a total c*ck up of a site. It's all over the place. People sometimes have a grotty flat in a grotty area and want a nice flat/hose in a better area. What mug is going to swap with that?!
On top of that, people have definite ideas where they want to live, so even if there was a match (which there never is) the people don't want your area - or you don't want theirs. And no one is going to swap their £400,000 semi with a dingy flat worth £250,000!
Has anyone else been pestered by this website?

The real question is what email software you use that can't filter this stuff out?No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

I think your suppose to pay the difference0

I think ukcarper is correct, in that you pay the difference. I suppose it's meant to be a way to avoid house buying/selling chains, and EAs."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

barter and swaps without cash balancing the difference are rare and would take us back 5000 years."enough is a feast"...old Buddist proverb0
