Taking the bulls imaginary average wage of 36K (Yeah, right....)
plus the 5% deposit, prices WILL crash to at least 115,000 average... this is before the effects of any recession (depression) are factored in.

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

before we start to go on about the same stuff repeated THIS IS NEW!!!!!

    Its on sky news now.

    was sourced from the torygraph

Who says it needs the nod? The FSA are an independent entity. they regulate the market. Its coming in.
    this post says it all...

just because a newspaper has a story and it's what you'd like or are hoping for... it doesn't mean it's going to happen... very delusional...

Yup, he bought a 7-bedroom mansion with watchtower, moat, stables and 67 acres of land somewhere in London for 80k.
It was on the internets somewhere so it must be true.

Its a good job im on nearly 50K and have 60K saved up, isnt it then? This time next year, 100K. I take it you know the difference between mean and median dont you? Just wait and see. Your des res 4 bed detatched with 1/2 an acre will be well in my 200-250K budget by christmas 2010.

For 250, I will be expecting more like 0.75 acres though

By the way, I hate cats. They stink and are completely unloyal. I know they love a good spraying with my hose though.

Its mad aint it, since this post in march 2009 house prices have rose 10 percent and he saved well over 100,000 pound and bought a house for over 300,000.

so much for the 3 x salary, to make things worse he got gazumped on the repo and had to up his offer....

A few things have happened to me since then, first of all i was the first male to give birth to twins, not only this whilst i was pregnant i represented the uk in the winter olympics and won a gold medal in the ladies one man bob sleigh.

We have now sold our house has house prices are going to crash big time, we was told by the estate agent it was worth 150,000 but what do they know, so we have now sold it for 75,000 pounds, we are now leaving the market for a year and we have decided to use 25,000 pounds from the house sale, to fund a trip to save the sheep in wales.

What we are going to do is put the 50,000 pound in a high interest account, and hopefully in a years time we should be able to buy are dream home at sandbanks overlooking the harbour with our 50,333 pounds.

heres the house we have our eyes on.

You should get a pied a terre in London as well. What with all the bankers bonuses gone, reckon this one will go for under £50k if you can stretch to it...
