How long to I do baked potatoes in the microwave if I then want to put them in the oven to crisp them???/

BB (or other cookery experts) - I have this recipe that is gorgeous but I don't know how to actually cook it.
You chop rosemary very finely, and mix with olive oil, rub it all over a piece of cod, then wrap in smokey bacon and bung in oven.
But I have no idea how long for, or what temperature, and cos the fish is wrapped up, it's not easy to see if it's ready.

just knock a minute off the normal time Sammy, but whack the oven up to about 200c while they are microwaving......works for me:D stay wonky

they are italian sponge fingers which are harder than the ones we use in the UK.
Snaggles - I would say 15-20 minutes at gas mark 5 for a medium/large sized piece of fish. Look for the bacon crisping up. Stretch the bacon out if you can. You can also pan fry with butter/olive oil, will take half the time. If after 15 minutes the bacon isn't crisping if baked, take it out of the oven and finish it off for a minute or so in a hot pan."Stay Wonky":D
