What's the stooze catch?

Thanks Clariman.
I think the main point for stoozers for who has the maximum credit limit would be if you were in the market for a new stooze card.
So, for example if there were two cards offering the same deal and you wanted to use one for a stooze, then if one only did a max of 10k versus the other on 20k, you would go after the 20k one of course.
Even though you may not get an initial limit of 20k, you might get one for say 11k or more. Thus you would not have limited yourself on the initial application. Also even if you only get say 8k which is less than the limits on both cards, you could on the 20k card still ask to go above 10k at a later date. As is so, often the requirement with stoozing.
Thus it might be useful to have this information when trying to determine which card to go for. Especially when you want to move to phase two.
What do you think Clariman?0 -
I see where you are coming from, Lazyfan. I guess this isn't really the place to discuss enhancements to another website. It is not really fair on MSE to do so. However, I think my main point was that one's ability to get a credit limit is usually the limiting factor rather than the maximum the card company theoretically will offer.

Hi Lazyfan
There is no fixed amount or list because it depends on how much you earn and your potential of paying them back and your outgoings. So everyones credit limit is going to be different. And also your credit rating and history. They rarely would give someone 50k on a new account!!0 -

0% offers are only for a limited period of time, normally 6 or 9 months. Having the limit increased at a later date will only have a negative effect on your credit score.
You are still too high with your credit limits. You are talking about 'only 8k'. I am sure that in most stoozers' experience 8k is huge. I have never been able to get 8k on any card, ever.Money in longest works hardest0
