A few years ago I asked my (rather large) Barclays Bank branch if I could have their email address in case I wished to contact them urgently. The reply was Barclays do not offer this service.
Now I have been contacted by RBS offering me a full without charge video conferencing facility where I can speak with a senior officer of the bank . Real time highly personalised video communication as they put it.
Is this available elsewhere and in other banks ?

For RBS Preferred customers. Is this a first ? Nobody seen service this offered elsewhere ? Perhaps a trial for a limited number of customers ?0
