No. Well, I have an energy monitor but don't have such a beast of a TV! However this might give you an idea:

that's brilliant ta. We had the old tv for 13 yrs and got the new one at a great discount, then wondered what hell was happening to the elect meter LOL now we know !
I feel quite smug, because I don't watch tv.. for once, its NOT MY FAULT ! nananana0 -
If you take a look on the back (if you can get to it!) there should be a label and that should tell you the power in Watts. Divide by a thousand to get kW. Some of the early ones used to use a lot of power, they aren't as bad now (well, some aren't......) but they do use up a lot of electric compared with a CRT.0

It's entirely feasible that the LCD TV uses a mere fraction of your old CRT in standby mode, though. Check out the manufacturer's website, I'm sure all the data will be on there. LCD TVs are much more energy efficient than plasmas, BTW. A TV of that size will probably use 0.2kwhs per hour as a guestimate...(about 2p-ish?).Call me Carmine....
HAVE YOU SEEN QUENTIN'S CASHBACK CARD??0
