    Good Morning all.
I have a confession to make.....
I have done almost zero flying this week and the house is paying for it. I have no clean underwear:eek: , the washing basket is overflowing and threatening to take over the entire house.
The living room looks like a bomb has hit, I cant see the Kitchen worktops:eek: , had to do some washing up last night tho as we had no clean plates to eat off:o , and the bathroom is covered in dog hairs from DP bathing him last night!

However, today is a new day and I am determined to do something. So here is my HUGE list.

    WM x100000000000
    TD/airer/ hangout
Fold and put away as the dry
    Wash breakfast/tea dishes
    Dry and put away

welcome back :T - good start to come back for once. and second: forget about catching up on the week - do your personal list as above and maybe (!) some of todays list! - remember babysteps Hug.gif

i'll fold the washing next, have a look what needs doing in the kitchen and then i'll wander into town :j

Just read about Natasha Richardson, living in a fluffy pink bubble like I do I didn't know she'd even had an accident, it's so sad, loved her in The Parent Trap - our favourite family film :(
That's the film I bought DD for her birthday - having ordered it for xmas and it was out of stock (very useful, January birthdays)
I think the news that she had been injured only came out yesterday - but so very sad. Put me in mind too of Kirsty MacColl who also was killed on holiday. 4 boys without a mummy.

Bright and sunny in Valliland - so much so that the bathroom has been cleaned to a level three and the window opened and the frame all cleaned too... It's SUPPOSED to be a tilt and turn but was a bit problematic so ex got a mate in (when he wasn't ex - it's been a while:o ) and you can only open it fully now - the entire window opens like a door - useless when you just want to open it a bit. Have washed the net curtain and the bathmat too;)

Having a swift :coffee: then will plunge into the kitchen...
Thinking of our very own Toots and Soappie's pooch (she'll be fine)

and HAD to put my twopennorth in in Candlegate! Go Triker!

  • Hi all, Hope everyones well and I haven't missed too much gossip... :D

Sorry I haven't been on, just manic preparing for the course this weekend in Kettering - brochures to be made, dietary requirements to be checked, merchandise to be sorted, etc, it's been non stop and I've not been getting home till nearly 11pm every night!!! am shattered now and will probably fall asleep again at some time today... tired-sleeping-smiley-4634.gif

Still, today at home and I travel up there tomorrow - the girls are going up today to set up and I can take a relaxing drive up tomorrow then enjoy myself (they have a spa!!!! :D )... but probably no time to enjoy that, still really looking forward to catching up with all my friends and just enjoying myself...

So now have to get the house ready for hubby, who is home today, and DS who will promptly wreck it while I'm away... but hey, at least I'll know it was clean and they will be under strict instructions to take care of it...

Oh, anyone who has sent me a PM regarding the map, I haven't forgotten you, just not had time to look at them, let alone do it - will try to do today, if not I will definitely do Monday ;) ...

So, anyone up for a HHC at 10.45?
Just going to get dressed now, have been pottering in my dressing gown for too long... see you in a bit...

You are so right. I was only joking about marrying for money, I wouldn't swap him for all the tea in China.

It's really shocking, she was laughing and joking about it after she hit her head, but something must have happened inside. Really sad. Loved her in Maid in Manhatten - she played her part so well!

I used to love watching CSI. Can't get 5 now. Am having to wait til it comes out on DVD and get it from Lovefilm.

Dragon, have a good rest. Don't worry about napping, I always have an afternoon nap and I'm only 25! LOL!

Well, you may be wondering what I am doing home at 10:00 when I'm supposed to be on my course. After driving for an hour to get there I discovered it was cancelled! DH had driven me there - fortunately I managed to get hold of him before he got back on the motorway!

So I have the day off! Going to do some flying to make things easier for DH to do his bits later.
