Bosch Logixx Dishwasher Problem Please HELP !

Hi all... Just purchased a second hand dishwasher that Ive been told is only 3 months old. Reason for sale is because previous owner has emigrated. Plugged dishwasher in for 1st time and nothing happens, all lights come on and buttons you press light up but no cycle starts 
. Any suggestions before I seek profesional advise ? By the way it makes a humming sound thats all.
I have checked the water supply to machine and its definently not a blocked or kink in the hose pipe ...

Do you have the instruction manual?
If not you should be able to find it from your model number on line.
