Advice for opening the Citi bank savings account

I want to open the Citi Bank's Flexible Saver (issue 4). The application form says I have to nominate an account elsewhere to transfer money into the Citi account. I can do this, but then I want to transfer money every month from the Citi account into another bank account - which I've not yet opened - to cut a long story short I wanted to see if I COULD open the citi account first cos then it's just easier and saves me a load of hassle

ANYWAY, if anyone knows if I can do this cos then I won't waste my time opening it if I cannot.

Thanx.

i'd assume its just a connected account as your primary transfer to account.

i'd also assume you can set more of these connected accounts up when the account is open (going from past experiences (inteligent finance / ybs)
