There is a distinct difference between a scottish accent and somebody based somewhere in a different continent!!!

I dont mean to offend its just I prefer to speak to someone in this country( call centre in Scotland i beleive) rather than an asian call centre! I have contacted sky before and when ever I get through to the scottish call centre they are more than helpful, and can quickly answer the problem I have no problem with accents but the foreign centre has difficulty with mine! ( broad lancashire and proud) so I do apologise to pink-fluff

    PC gone mad again
Why is it in this country that you can't say you prefer to speak to someone who speaks fluent english without someone implying something

I find the Sky Indian call centre VERY frustrating !!!!!! all to do with the nationality but they seem to only be able to quote from a series of screens and if its not on their screen they struggle its like going through one of those flow chart things if answer yes move to this screen
The scottish call centre I have never had this problem with

Its not racist to want to speak to someone who understands you especially as OP said if you have a broad accent yourself

You should think Spider125 was trying to be PC but obviously failed in your eyes
I think everyone else reading would know exactly what he mean't

Simply that it wasn't in Scotland in his opinion
