altro flooring. help.......... any fitters

hi all, we are about to have a wet room put in.:j but iv heard so many bad reports on altro flooring? firstly they say its very hard to clean? and does it look scruffy after a while? my daughter inlaws mom as had some down, i saw a roll at my sons. this one was the altro maine and had got bubble effect. that looked very nice.:o we havealso been told joints look nasty? do any of you fit it, ever put a pattern in it? any help please.:rolleyes:

We ahve altro flooring in the bathroom which was converted to a showere room for my dauhter with special needs. It is the bubble effect aqua geen colour. It looked lovely the day it was installed. It is awful to clean as everything sticks to it, toothpaste, hair, wee (ds 12 has poor aim)!!! None of the mops and I have tried them all clean it really well as all the muck sticks to the sides of the bubbly bit. I ususally end up steam cleaning it, but it never really looks clean. Very good non slip. Personally non-slip tiles would be my choice.
