A few months ago I threw away the attachment for my breadmaker - the plastic bit that mixes it all together (it was stuck in some old bread and went in the bin by mistake) Cursing myself I bought another attachment and now I realise I must have done the same thing AGAIN as I can't find it anywhere : ( I don't want to buy another one as it's quite expensive and I'll be leaving my breadmaker in a few months (I live in Japan and will move back to UK) but I have a load of wholewheat, white and rye flour. How can I use this up? I don't have an oven, just a two hob stove, grill and microwave.
I can't bear to waste it, any ideas? I'm vegetarian but other than that I'm not a fussy eater!
Is it possible to go senile at 27?

Use a little on pancakes next Tuesday!! Use 4oz flour, 1 egg, 1/2 pt milk and salt to taste....
Or make a sponge cake in the microwave.0 -
You could make up the dough by hand, then put it in the bread pan, wait for it to rise, and then set the machine to bake.
The site in the link has instructions for making bread dough by hand.

Make drop scones, crumpets, pyklets, pancakes, sponge pudding, dumplings, pasta - I'm sure more ideas will be along soon. The quicker you fall behind, the longer you have to catch up...0
