please help if you can.
i am currently selling my house which is furnished with a minimum of items to give it a bit more of a homey feeling.
i am not living in the house, yet there is a tv on show, just for decoration. it is not connected to any ariel or satellite & i have no intention of connecting it to view any programmes.
do i need a tv licence in this case?
thanx, you guys

You do not need a license as the TV is not being used "watch or record television programmes as they're being shown on TV"
