£86,500 offer accepted, carpets and fridge + washing maching included.
I've talked to two mortgage advisors and both have found me 4.45% fixed rate offers on a £76K borrow. Works out as £420pcm.
Back of the net.
I've done countless spreadsheets on this now, but including service charge etc it'll cost me £500 pcm for the place. I'm currently paying £250pcm to live at home, plus I'll save £50 on transport costs per month, so in reality it's costing me £200 extra pcm to move. Plus bills, council tax, food etc, but I reckon I can get my monthly cost of existing down to £750-800, leaving me ample room to overpay and still have some fun.Happy chappy0 -
