Hi All
My partner and I :beer: are venturing into the world of New Houses for the very first time and we are hoping for some advice from all you knowledgeable moneysavers! Buying from Wimpey Homes - anyone bought from them?
I've read various bits on the net about snagging and companies that do this, but at a charge. Does anyone know where you can get one of these lists free or cheaply? Can you recommend a good company in the County Durham area? All advice gratefully received! :rotfl:

If you know a builder then ask them to come round and do a snagging list for you. You can do it yourself but theres so much you can miss yourself if you dont know what you are looking for.
There is this website http://www.snagging.org which is dedicated to snagging. they do have a snag checklist download (payable) but you may want to check the site first for information before you part with any money0
