Roofing - asbestos cement and strengthening

Hya. Wondered if anyone could give me an idea of the cost and work involved with my roofing, on a property I`m hoping to buy. The main roof of the house needs strengthening with purlins, as since having a new tile roof there is sagging because of the new weight.(surveyors report). Also a smallish single storey extension has an asbestos cement roof wihich needs to be removed and replaced.
Any advice on cost etc. I`d be really grateful. I dont want to get into anything thats going to cost the earth.
