Loan / Debt cancelled

I've recently been contacted by a compant called CREDIT AGREEMENT Ltd. They claim that they may be able to get all my credit card and personal loan debt cancelled because it may not be correctly lent under the Consumer Credit act. This sounds too good to be true, but the website is plausible, with several BBC stories.

Is this the only company that do it?
They charge up front per claim - Can I aviod this?
Can I claim the money myself without paying anyone?
Has anybody done this?

Total scam. You can do it yorself for free. Bottom line if the agreement is incorrect then the debt is not enforceable. Go into Credit Cards (here: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.html?f=11) and look at the front page - loads of pages about unenforceable credit agreements.

Bottom line is do not pay a company to do the same job you can do for free.
