I have just sold my first item on Amazon which is a Nintendo Wii game for £13.00.
Do I have to send it recorded/registered delivery or would getting a certificate of posting be enough?
It is in excellent condition, what happens if buyer claims not to receive it or says it is damaged?

On Amazon a buyer can return the item for a full refund for any reason, it happens rarely but it does happen.
