    mine arrived yesterday, so i would say if you haven't had it arrive 2 weeks from when you ordered it to contact them.

    Thanks Happy Shopper for finding this, ordered mine today. The Nivea creme link still works for all those just finding it now, but the link for the Nivea natural beauty sample goes through to a competition now...... still worth adding your details though!!!!
