Reverbe: sorry to hear you didn't get your sample. Have you tried contacting Nivea? They may be able to send you other samples or a voucher instead. I've heard the customer service people are helpful.

I did contact them cos I have sent for about 6 things from them lately and they sent me a huge padded envelope with one tiny sachet in and a load of cardboard promo material to recycle.:o

It says 'free nivea creme sample when you share your skincare secret' so I did that - it says it will send me an email so here's hoping there's a link or code or voucher or something!
