As a HIP has to be made available to the agent very quickly now, the provider has to pay out as soon as the order comes in. All you can do is pay for it and keep it. You can still use it for up to 12 months.0

I never said i wasnt going to pay for it---I just said what you can read i have said---OH is probably going to lose his job, no crystal ball so i didnt know this was maybe going to happen and therefore i ask for some advice.
